Mini Palais in Grand

Half way down the Champs Elysées is the Grand Palais, an exhibition hall opened for the world fair of 1900. A spectacular building spreading over 77 000sq/m built in 3 years only by 4 architects since it was too hard to determine a winer within the 4 enrolled projects in the competition. After a 7 years renovation between 2000 and 2007, the Grand Palais is now the crossroad of all kind of events: art fairs, sports events, live performances, ice skating arena…
On the south side, overlooking the river and the famous Alexander 3rd bridge and its gilted statues is the entry of the restaurant newly opened, Mini Palais. A grand scale space offers a unexpected glamourous yet cosy atmosphere to enjoy the elegant cuisine by Eric Fréchon, 3*** chef of the Bristol Palace who signs with the help of Stéphane d’Aboville in the kitchen a menu calling in the finest ingredients from the best suppliers.
Mini Palais also offers a great cocktail and wine bar where Alex Chialva will prepare for you his exclusive drinks such as the Wineberry, a mix of Saint Emilion,Chambord cranberry, lime and sugar cane.
Starting May 1st, the super glamourous terrace opens for patio dining as well as the champagne bar and the ice cream bar will introduce the summer season. Rosemary and honney, Lemon with basil, yuzu, bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and Arabica coffee are some of the many home made flavors on the menu.
A must in elegance!
