Certainly the best food concept in a long time, Boco is the dream come true of 2 brothers whose love for good food is well known in Paris: Vincent, famous gourmet TV host and Simon, a graduate from the prestigous Lausanne Hotellerie School. Their dream was to have their stared chef friends to create exclusives recipes all coming in glass jars, « bocaux » in French, out of the finest organic ingredients. The result is just amazing! 3 restaurants in Paris where you can find dishes created by Anne-Sophie Pic, the only 3*** female chef in France, Emmanuel Renaut from « Flocons de sel » in Mégève, Jean-Michel Lorrain from « La Côte Saint Jacques, Philippe Conticini from, « Pâtisserie des rêves » and of course my favourite pastry god, Christophe Michalak.
A casual yet cosy decor, smiling service to guide you through the self service to fill up your basket with all the goodies for here or to go along with a reasonably priced selection of wines. Cute, creative, gourmet and organic! What else could you ask for? A website to place your orders and easy pick up in one of the 3 locations in Paris or delivery of Boco boxes to your office or appartment are available at your conviniency! Highly recommended!
