Heritage days
This coming week end, September 14th and 15th will take place the heritage days all over France. An exceptionnal opportunity to discover what’s not opened to the public, the hidden side of the rich French heritage. All the ministers and other palaces to the republic, the government institutions and other top secrets places will be opened to the public. Wherever you will be in France, all these locations opened for free, our treat!
Of course, as every year, the most visited place will be for sure the Elysée Palace, the French Presidency, at 55 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. No need to tell you that the line to get in will be pretty long but it worth the trip. The mansion is a beautiful love gift fom King Louis XVth to his beloved mistress, Madame de Pompadour in the 1700’s. The park is one of the largest of Paris and overlooks the Champ-Elysée.
You might be welcomed by the President himself together with the first girl friend on the door step.
