Modern boudoir

The place couldn’t possibly be more hush-hush! A friend of mine took me to this newly opened restaurant/pastry boudoir near Le Bon Marché department store some weeks ago and I must confess it was worth the trip. In a modern decor, Guillaume is in the kitchen that you can see throufh the industrial windows from the restaurant, best way to know what will end up in your plate!
Mostly known for his pastries, Guillaume Gil, is a young graduate from the famous and nearby Ferrandi school, one of the best gastronomy schools in the world founded in 1920. He has also worked by the side of Christophe Michalak at Plaza Athénée, the reference in modern pastry and the Pourcel brothers at La Maison Blanche. He has now opened this lightful restaurant where he elaborates a gourmet menu with a handful of courses guarantiing freshness and seasonal produces together with great pastries.
A brunch is served over the week end but make sure you make a reservation, the place is wide and colorful but offers a limited number of tables and the brunch is very successful!
